FlashBack Health is the brain child of Chris, and is operated by Abigail.

Chris and Abigail are parents to 4 amazing kids whom they homeschool while building their own rewarding careers. They are based in Muswellbrook NSW, where you will find them riding their bicycles in the common, or rushing their children to music lessons. 15 years ago, Chris and Abigail immigrated to Australia with 2 small children, 4 suitcases and a camp cot. Together they have built themselves up to what they are today. The path to success is not a straight line, many of the puddles along the way are made from your own tears. Chris and Abigail get that. They understand what hard work it takes to achieve your dreams, and what toll this can take on your body.
