The Novel Coronavirus is similar in structure to the SARS virus that broke out in 2003. For this reason authorities are concerned about it’s spread and impact on society (“Novel Conronavirus (2019-nCoV),” 2020). While it is similar in structure, the virus appears to be weaker than the SARS strain, as fewer people who have contracted the illness have fallen (Hesman Saey, 2020). The coronavirus is the virus that commonly causes colds in the upper respiratory tract, what makes Novel Coronavirus significant is the lack of understanding of the virus as yet, and so no defined treatment plan that can help (“Novel Conronavirus (2019-nCoV),” 2020).

If you have none of these symptoms, here are some stratergise that can help prevent you contracting the disease:
- Wash your hand at regular intervals when in contact with society for at least 20 seconds under running water.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth when you are out and about in public.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat a diet full of fresh vegetables.
- Get plenty of fresh air and exercise.
